Kapital Kidvention 2018

For the third year running I have been fortunate enough to make my way (with a little help from my friends) to Washington DC to attend Kapital Kidvention. Kapital Kidvention is a yearly entertainers Convention where we go to spend 3 days taking courses in Face Paint, Balloons, Comedy, Business, Social Networking and so much more. This was my first year attending as an Instructor and having the privilege of sharing some of my knowledge amassed over the past ten years of business. I think one of the most important things to come from this experience yearly is getting to share my love for face paint with face painters from across the United States, getting to share my passion with people who share the same interest. It is truly a special experience, and it allows me to come back each year refreshed, inspired and ready to share with my clients all the wonderful new things I have learned. I believe every year I come back with new friends, new skills and new outlook on my business.

This year for the third year I placed in the face paint competition, there was some fierce talent this year and I felt very lucky to have placed second next to all the wonderful works of walking art.
